暗黙のインフレターゲットを捨ててしまったFRB

バーナンキが議会で証言した。
先日のIn fed we trustでもあったようにFEBは約2%の暗黙のインフレターゲットがあると長年言われてきた。

(FOMC)Most participants projected that inflation will average only about 1 percent in 2010 and that it will remain low during 2011 and 2012, with the risks to the inflation outlook roughly balanced.

１％近辺のインフレ予想、上下同じ振れ幅のリスクまさにどこかの中銀と同じではないだろうか。

２％の暗黙のインフレターゲットなどなかった。
